One connected operation

From the first enquiry
to the next job.

Bring sales, admin and delivery into a workflow your team can actually use. We scope the build around where work gets stuck, the tools you already have and the people making the decisions.

A CRM that fits your business

Bespoke customer records, sales pipelines, job stages, tasks and dashboards for solar retailers, installers and trade businesses.

Connected leads and bookings

Scope website chatbots, enquiry capture, Meta lead handovers and booking workflows, with clear rules for when a person takes over.

Admin that keeps moving

Connect agreed CRM and Xero workflows, prepare recurring daily reports and surface missing information for your team to resolve.

AI and content workflows

Set up AI-assisted research, blog creation and publishing processes, with factual checks, brand review and approval before content goes live.

Software rebuilds & new development

We rebuild existing software and develop new systems, custom apps and CRMs for your business. Our in-house engineers review and test the code before release.

Your AI management team

Define who runs each process: your decision-makers, Nexus engineers and VAs working within agreed access and approval limits.

Your launch kit is tailored to the workflows agreed in your proposal. Integrations depend on the systems, available connections and permissions confirmed during scoping.

Choose how you work

A setup you can own.
Support you can add.

Start with a defined project. Then run it with your team, or add VA support for the day-to-day operation.

Optional ongoing support

VA AI management

From AUD $2,000 + GST / month

Add VAs to operate the agreed systems, backed by a defined plan for hosting administration, fixes, automation updates and monthly review.

  • Maintain CRM records and task queues
  • Review workflow outputs and flagged issues
  • Prepare reports and approved content
  • Escalate changes that need an engineer or manager
Discuss ongoing support
Clear scope before you commit.

Prices are starting points in Australian dollars. We confirm deliverables, integrations, timing, support hours and exclusions in your proposal after the audit. Contact us for a price on a specific job, including software rebuilds and new development. Software subscriptions, hosting and AI usage are client-owned and billed separately. Work outside the agreed setup or support scope is quoted separately.

Engineers + VAs + your team

Put a person behind
every process.

Our full stack AI management team setup brings together the app your people use, its data and integrations, and the operating instructions behind it.

Your managers retain business decisions. Our engineers build and improve the agreed systems. VAs handle routine work, check outputs and raise exceptions within their assigned scope.

Prefer to run it yourself?

Learn your own system.

The launch kit includes three hours of training and a manual covering the agreed setup. Work through real tasks, understand approval points and learn what to do when something needs attention.

Ask us about further DIY training in AI tools, workflows and AI-assisted coding — often called “vibe coding”. We can scope guided sessions around your team’s experience and goals.

Training follows the system you buy. Extra sessions, new features and engineering support are scoped separately.

Understand what you’re buying

Your code. Your accounts.
A clear handover.

For a custom application, we can use the following tools where they fit the brief. You should know what each one does and who can access it.

Code & version control

GitHub

Stores the project’s code and change history, with a place to review proposed updates.

Hosting & deployment

Vercel

Publishes the application, with preview deployments for reviewing changes before a production release.

Database & backend

Supabase

Provides a Postgres database, authentication and backend services for the application.

We agree account ownership, access, data handling, backup and recovery arrangements, and the code handover in your scope. Platform plans and running costs are confirmed separately; the toolset depends on the project.

A practical path to launch

  2. Agree the scope

Confirm the deliverables, owners, price and acceptance checks before the build starts.

Before you start

A few useful
questions.

Bring your current process to the audit. You don’t need a finished technical brief.

Can you work with our existing CRM?

Yes. We can rebuild existing software, improve and connect the system you already use, or develop a new custom CRM. The audit helps identify the fit; available integrations, access and data quality inform the proposal.

Does the starting price include every feature listed?

The Basic AI Launch Kit starts from AUD $12,000 + GST for an agreed setup. Your written scope identifies the CRM features, integrations, deliverables and handover included. Software subscriptions and usage charges are separate, and larger builds are quoted individually.

Can AI send messages or change customer records?

Only within the permissions and approval rules agreed for your workflow. We define which actions can run automatically, which need review and where uncertain cases go. Your team retains control of customer commitments and business decisions.

Do we need an ongoing VA package?

No. You can run the agreed setup with your own team after handover. VA AI management is optional. Its support plan defines tasks, coverage, hosting administration, fixes, automation updates and monthly review. Larger changes and work outside that plan are quoted separately.
